The Aspects of Fitness

The goal in my life is to become the most fit person I can be both mentally and physically. Fitness to me isn't just a random trip to the gym every other day to just get a sweat on and feel a little pump. Fitness is more of type of lifestyle. There are some people in the world who love cooking, they think that cooking is the best thing a person can do. The way you can mash together some interesting ingredients, bake it, then come out with this delicious masterpiece is just enlightenment for them. But for me its the feeling of being strong both physically and mentally and that is what fitness can do for. It brings to my table what cooking can bring to an avid chef's table.
A person wakes up in the morning and gets their coffee, then eats their soggy waffles or cereal, then  probably gets on their way to wherever they are going for the day wether it is work or school. When I wake up, its non-stop thinking about what i'm going to eat today, what time am I going to workout, what am I going to workout today, making sure to get all of my meals in, and drinking plenty of water. As you can see my day consists of many things related to fitness. This aspect of my life is so huge that I can not go a day with out it. My mentality for fitness drives me to the gym each and every day to be better than I was the day before. When I step foot into the gym or even into a baseball game (because that still ties in with fitness), its time for beast mode to kick in. {Beast Mode- to be in the state of mind that you feel like an animal. You feel strong and agile and ready to dominate anything in your way.} And nothing can stop me once I hit that stage. No One.
Everyone thinks that when talking about fitness, that they have to tie in with the word FIT. Not everyone that does fitness is necessarily fit. For example look at all those overweight people on The Biggest Loser. Not one of those people on that show besides the trainers are fit. But you know what they are doing, is starting a new life around fitness. They have decided to get their fat selves up and do something about it by burning some calories and lifting some weights. So just some motivation for all people out there wanting but having too many excuses to go out there and workout and have fitness become a part of your life, suck it up. Stop being a little baby and go get a good sweat on, lift some heavy weights, eat healthy, and get active. Stop watching your television and eating your potato chips, and laughing at those who are training and sweating and looking funny doing it. Hey, they'll be a 1000 steps farther tomorrow then you will ever be in your entire life with they way your going right now.   'When life sucks, you got to go work'

Wild Card #2

When I think of advertisements,  I think of annoying attention grabbers. Yet, the people who make them are some of the trickiest and smartest people around. They use broad and big messages in their advertisements that catch the readers/viewers eye and intrigues them to possibly check the product out and purchase it. They also use sex to drive in the consumer (mostly men) because its such a huge factor in human mind that makes them want more and more.
If I was an advertiser, I would make up the most creative and confusing product that once the consumer sees my product, Boom. They want it.

Ad Analysis (Supplements)

-First product we have (above), is a protein supplement called 100% Gold Standard. Its a top end whey protein on the market right now. What makes this ad so unique is they use a ripped guy's chest for a whole page so you could put it up to your own chest to have an example of motivation of what you'd want your chest to be like. They have the slogan that "Big Looks get on You". So when you buy the protein powder,                              you'll get big by taking it.

-The next product we have is from a different company and it's a different supplement. This product is called C4. Its a pre-workout supplement that gets you pumped before a workout so your ready for your workout and want to train hard. They use a hook in which they add dynamite around the supplement to make it look dangerous and explosive. Saying when you take this supplement, your going to feel powerful and explosive during your workout.

The hook in both these products are extremely similar. They both use some sort power statement to show their product is worth having and using. Basically "If you take this product, you'll have this feeling/or look like this".

Analogies of the Game (poem)

Grounder in the hole, thats a knock,
"Hey Timmy! Get loose and toss the rock."
216 stitches and some white leather,
Get strong and the bat will feel like a feather.
90 miles per hour, Man.. that's gas,
2 features on the baseball field: dirt and grass.
Hard hit ball right at the guy,
Its an out. At least it wasn't a pop fly.
Four hitter is up everyone scoot back,
Like usual, he'll probably take a huge healthy hack.
Baseball isn't an easy sport to play,
You got to be coordinated and practice to get better everyday.
Just remember to be the ball,
Control it and you'll have it all.
That is why I love the game so much,
those moments where you can come up big and be clutch.
You'll be the hero of the day in one swing of the bat or a catch of the ball,
that feeling inside when your at the top and standing tall.
The game is my life, and my life is the game.
My heart for this sport burns like a never ending flame.

The Giver-The Idea of the Sacred Child

Since the day they're born, they're watched all the way until age 12. As the child grows and

becomes older, they are known by they're age. Once the child ages past 12, they're age is then

forgotten and life goes on. Its as if there is a way of sacredness in the child. On certain birth dates

they get certain gifts, then they're all taken away after 12 and are put on the adult stage. What

happens to the human that we have to forget they're age after 12?

Lets Make an Online Change (wild card)

We base our lives around the online social media which didn't exist less than 15 years ago. Everyday questions are risen from those who use it such as "Hey, did you see my new picture I just posted on my wall?" "Bro, how come you didn't poke me back?" or "Oh my gosh, this fine girl just followed me on Instagram, should I follow her back?" Why can't we just put down to phones and laptops and communicate with one another in person and make relationships. The word real is not just sounded out in the word relationship for no reason. Lets make a change to our lives.

Wasted time spent countlessly at the dorm.
Hit up the library with the homies.
BOOM.
Still no work gets done.
Time to focus.
